Her Favourite Self helps you keep those goals visible, choose one manageable daily practice and recognise the efforts you usually overlook.

You've got plenty of goals. Finding room for them is another story.

You want to read more. Learn something new. Work on your deen. Maybe return to that interest you keep talking about but never quite get to.

And it's not that you've forgotten what matters to you. It's that everything else keeps needing your attention first.

The children need something. The house needs sorting. Work and studies are waiting.

Then it's evening. You've finally got a little time, but you're tired, you can't decide where to start, and the unfinished laundry is making you feel guilty.

So you pick something easier. Another week passes. And you look at your unfinished goals and tell yourself you did nothing.

But are you seeing the whole picture, or only what you didn't finish?
the shift

Give your goals somewhere to live outside your head.

You don't need another list of twenty things to fix.

You need somewhere to see what matters in this season, choose one manageable place to begin, and look back at what actually happened.

That's what Her Favourite Self was designed to help you do.

youR self

The learning, interests and meaningful goals you want to make room for.

youR faith

The intentions, practices and parts of your deen you want to give attention to.

They're both part of your life. You can keep them in view without expecting yourself to work on everything today.

how it woRks

One season. One daily practice. A clearer picture of your efforts.

01

Decide what matters this season

Get your goals out of your head. Use the Self and Faith sections to decide what deserves a place in this season of your life. Not everything needs your attention today, but it doesn't have to disappear.

02

Choose one daily practice

Just one. Something small enough that you can attempt it even when the day changes. Read a few pages. Practise a skill. Continue one lesson. Make a small move towards a faith goal.

You're not trying to fit every ambition into one day. You're giving one of them a realistic place to begin.

03

Look at what actually happened

Mark your practice, reflect on intentions, and notice patterns in your prayers. Then use what you see to decide whether the plan needs adjusting.

The aim isn't a perfect month. It's an honest one you can learn from.

small efforts count

You've been overlooking more effort than you realise.

You read two pages, but it wasn't a chapter. You worked on your course, but didn't finish the lesson. You tried to make time, but the day changed.

So none of it counts in your head.

30 Days, 30 Intentions

A place to acknowledge the small wins, efforts and intentions you would usually forget. Even if you didn't get much time for a particular goal, you can look back and recognise that the month held more than unfinished tasks.

Example A realistic, imperfect month.

Not doing your practice doesn't become a win just because you recorded it. But the record can help you understand what got in the way and what you might adjust.

Thirty days aren't there to prove you're perfect. They're there to help you see your efforts more clearly.

pRayers · daily five

Stop relying on a vague feeling about how your salah is going.

You know when prayer has been difficult. But can you see when the same difficulty keeps happening?

The weekly tracker gives you a place to observe your five daily prayers, with entries for on time, late, make-up and period days.

Look at the pattern. Think about what happened. Decide what needs attention.

It's a tool for honest reflection, not a scorecard for your worth.

make it easieR to begin

You won't be left figuring out another system on your own.

It's easy to get excited about a new planning tool. The harder part is knowing what to write, how to begin and how to return to it when real life gets busy.

Your Interactive Digital Action Board

Use the board in your browser on a supported phone or other device. Write into the goal spaces, return to Today, track your daily practice and prayers, and record your intentions. Your changes save in that browser, and you can export an image or save a backup.

Your Printable Action Board

Prefer something you can see on the wall? Use the printable board when you're ready. You don't have to pay for professional printing and lamination before you can begin using the digital version.

Your Interactive Digital Companion

Not sure what a section is asking you to do? The companion explains the what and why behind the board, with examples to help you make it your own.

How saving works

The digital boards are browser-based tools, not app-store apps. They save automatically in the browser you use, on that device. They don't sync between devices. Before you change phones or clear your browser data, open Save & share and choose Save a backup file. On the new device, choose Open a backup file to carry on.

No blank-page guessing. No mandatory print-shop trip. A practical place to start.

If having a physical board on the wall is more useful for you, the printable is there when you're ready; you can begin digitally in the meantime.

And what about the bigger picture?

Sometimes the daily list gets so loud that you forget what you're actually working towards.

The Digital Vision Board starts with your niyyah. Add your own photos, words and notes to make your aspirations visible, then arrange your board in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Vision BoardWhat am I moving towards, and why?
Action BoardWhat am I doing, and what can I observe?

Your Vision Board helps you remember the direction. Your Action Board helps you see the steps and efforts along the way.

Two different jobs. A useful connection.

Included with your purchase

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Your purchase also includes access to the free level of Her Sacred Seasons, my Skool community, with basic support and useful links to help you get started.

questions

Questions before you begin?

Do I have to print anything?

No. Both bundles include the Digital Action Board, so you can begin in the browser. The printable board is available when you want a physical version. Printing and lamination costs are separate.

Is the digital version an app?

It's an interactive browser-based tool, not an app-store download. On iPhone or iPad you can open it in Safari, tap Share and choose "Add to Home Screen".

Will my progress save?

The board saves in the same browser on your device. It also offers backup files so you can carry your work to another device. It does not automatically sync between devices, so save a backup before you change phones or clear your browser data.

What if I don't know what to write?

The interactive companion explains each section and gives examples so you aren't left to figure it out from scratch.

What if I miss a few days?

You can return to the board, look at what happened and adjust. You don't need to pretend those days didn't happen.

Do I need to pay for Her Sacred Seasons?

No. Free membership is included with your purchase. Additional paid programs, audios and more direct support are optional.

Is this only for Muslim mothers?

It's made with busy Muslim women in mind, particularly mothers balancing responsibilities with their own self and faith goals. You don't have to be a mother to use it.

Will I complete all my goals in 30 days?

That's not the promise. The aim is to choose one manageable practice, stay connected to what matters and look at your efforts with more honesty.

Which bundle is right for me?

Compare what is included in each option above. Choose the tools that fit how you want to begin, rather than the biggest bundle by default.

What size do the printables print at?

Both printable boards are designed at A2 (420 × 594 mm). Most home printers can't print A2, so a print shop is easiest. Choose "actual size" so nothing is cropped. A gloss-laminated Action Board can be written on with a whiteboard or liquid chalk marker and wiped clean each season.

Can I share the files with a friend?

Your purchase is for you and your own home. If a sister loves it, send her to this page so she can get her own. It keeps The Deen Diaries going.

Can I get a refund?

Because it's an instant download, there are no refunds for change of mind. If a file is faulty or won't open, message me on Skool or email zainab@thedeendiaries.com and I'll fix it or refund you.

fRom the founder

Why I created Her Favourite Self

For years I tried to make cute planners work. Beautiful books, new pens, a fresh start every month. They ended up in a drawer, and the moment I couldn't see them, I forgot them.

What finally worked was simple. I need to see everything in front of me. My niyyah, my deen goals, and the dunya goals I want to chase with purpose, all in one place I come back to every day.

As a mum, my time comes in small pockets. Early in the morning around Fajr. When homeschooling's done and everyone has free time. After the kids are asleep. This board is how I use those pockets to keep learning and keep striving, without losing sight of why I started.

I didn't want to create another beautiful board that makes you feel excited for a day and then sits forgotten. I wanted something you could return to: on your wall, or on your phone when you're not near it. Something that helps you choose a small step and makes room to notice what actually happened.

Not just what you haven't finished.

Sometimes the problem isn't that you haven't been trying. It's that you haven't been giving yourself the chance to notice your efforts.

Your life might still be busy next month.

The dishes will still need doing. Someone will still need you. Some days won't go how you planned.

But your goals don't have to disappear every time life gets busy.

Give them somewhere to live. Choose one manageable place to begin. And when you look back, see more than just what you didn't finish.
